Euroz Hartleys Healthcare Research Analyst Seth Lizee recently spoke with Professor Jonathan Barratt, a recognised global expert in rare kidney disease, to discuss Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) – a rare, progressive condition that causes scarring in the kidney’s filtering units and can ultimately lead to kidney failure and death.
The discussion comes at an important time, as ASX-listed Dimerix (DXB) advances DMX-200, its lead therapy for FSGS, through a global Phase 3 clinical trial. Interim results are anticipated later this year or early next year and may potential provide a pathway toward accelerated approval.
