Sale of Capital Markets Business
to BMO Financial Group

Euroz Hartleys is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding agreement to sell its Capital Markets business to BMO Financial Group for a cash consideration of $145 million. This transaction will realise significant value for shareholders while allowing them to retain ownership of a focused, independent and ASX-listed Private Wealth business. 

Commission for a Cause 2026

We are pleased to share the results of our 8th annual Commission for a Cause Day. Thanks to the generosity of our clients and the commitment of our team, we raised $240,000 with $80,000 donated to each of the following charities, Breast Cancer Care WA, A Stitch in Time, and Perth Children's Hospital Foundation.
