Glenn is a geologist with a proven track record in revitalising mineral assets for ASX-listed Gold companies. He has held senior roles at Greenstone Resources, Firefly Resources, Northern Star and Superior Gold. Involved in the discovery and development of multiple gold resources from discovery to mining.

Ron is an experienced commercial, business development and sales executive with +25 years’ experience in the government, manufacturing, mining, renewable/conventional energy and natural resource sectors. Ron has significant expertise in strategic commercial planning, international sales, business development, contract negotiation, mining and downstream product related marketing, supply chain and renewable energy.
Ron has extensive global experience in the lithium, battery materials and electric vehicle industry developing strategic collaboration and partnership opportunities with key members of the EV and battery materials supply chain, Ron is also a founding member of the London Metal Exchange (LME) Lithium & Cobalt Committee and currently presides as the inaugural Chairman.

Geoff has 30 years of international resource sector experience as a Geologist, Project Manager & Fund Manager, previously working in Private Equity (FUM USD800 million) & as Director of Societe General’s Mining Finance Team in New York. Operational roles included Project Manager, Senior Mine Geologist & Mine Geologist for Ivanhoe Mines, Lion Ore International & Western Mining Corporation. Currently Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director of Tesoro Gold Limited which discovered the El Zorro Gold Project in Chile, Co-Founder & Chairman of Descycle.
